Here’s How it Works

  1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the order request form below and describe your vision for your commissioned artwork in detail. Please upload any reference photos or documents if you have them. (Prices do not include shipping. Base prices may increase depending on your commission’s complexity, and do not reflect the final price.)

  2. Quote & Approval: After your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a personalized quote to review and accept. This will be sent to you within 3 business days of submitting your order request form.

  3. Down Payment: An invoice will be sent to you & a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is due after you approve the quote. Your spot will be secured, and I will begin working on your artwork only once the payment is received.

  4. Artwork Creation: I’ll begin working on your commission and keep you updated throughout the process.

  5. Final Approval & Payment: After you approve the finished piece, the remaining balance and shipping cost (if applicable) are due.

  6. Delivery:

    • Physical art: Carefully packaged and shipped directly to you (shipping charged separately).

    • Digital art: Delivered via email as a high-quality JPG or PNG image file.

    Turnaround Time: The time it takes to complete and ship (if applicable) your artwork depends on the type of commission, usually between 2-10 weeks. If you haven’t received your artwork or tracking details within 10 weeks, just send me an email at cartoonbrownies@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to help!
