Here’s How it Works

Submit Your Request: Fill out the order request form below and describe your vision for your commissioned artwork in detail. Please upload any reference photos or documents if you have them. (Prices do not include shipping. Base prices may increase depending on your commission’s complexity, and do not reflect the final price.)
Quote & Contract: After your request is approved, you’ll receive a personalized quote and a contract (includes all terms & conditions) to review and accept. These will be sent to you within 24-48 hours of submitting your order request form.
Down Payment: An invoice will be sent to you & a 50% non-refundable deposit is due after you sign the contract. Your spot will be secured, and I will begin working on your artwork only once this payment is received.
Artwork Creation: I’ll start your commission and keep you updated along the way.
Final Approval & Payment: After you approve the finished piece, the remaining balance and shipping cost (if applicable) are due.
Delivery:
- Physical art: Carefully packaged and shipped to you (shipping charged separately).
- Digital art: Delivered via email as a high-quality JPG or PNG image file.
Turnaround Time: The time it takes to complete and ship (if applicable) your artwork depends on the type of commission, usually between 3-10 weeks. If you haven’t received your artwork or tracking details within 10 weeks, just send me an email at cartoonbrownies@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to help!
