Here’s How it Works
Place Your Order: Simply fill out the form that corresponds with the type of artwork you want (For example, if you want a cartoon illustration done, fill out the “Cartoon Illustration” form, etc.) and provide any reference photos or specifications through file upload or email. (Note: The prices do not include shipping.)
Upon approval, I will provide a tailored quote for your commission and a contract for you to sign.
50% Non-Refundable Down-Payment will be due once the signed contract is recieved.
I'll start working on your commission and keep you updated on each stage throughout the process.
Once the finished work is approved, the final payment and shipping cost (if applicable) will be due before the final artwork is sent.
If applicable, your drawing or painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep (shipping costs are separate). For digital artwork, the finished art will be emailed directly to you as a high-quality image file (.JPG or .PNG format).
The turnaround time will vary depending on the type of artwork you request and can be more or less due to this (For instance, a canvas painting that needs to be shipped can take much more time than a digital cartoon illustration). It can typically take 3-7 weeks for the whole process of creating & shipping (if applicable). If you have not received your artwork or a tracking number within 7 weeks of ordering, please email me at cartoonbrownies@gmail.com.
