Custom Quotes

Commercial projects do not have fixed prices because each project has different requirements. Your quote may include artwork creation, animation, revisions, file preparation, licensing, commercial usage, and delivery of final files.

Please note: Personal-use commission prices do not automatically apply to commercial work. Commercial use, advertising, merchandise, licensing, resale, and reproduction require a separate quote and written agreement.

Project Deliverables

The final deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Depending on the project, deliverables may include final digital illustrations, print-ready files, web-optimized files, transparent PNG files, character sheets, storyboards, animated video files, social-media versions, promotional graphics, source files, or physical artwork.

How Commercial Projects Work

  1. Submit an inquiry. Share your project description, intended use, deliverables, deadline, references, and budget range.
  2. Project review. I review the scope and may contact you with follow-up questions before deciding whether the project is a good fit.
  3. Custom quote. If the project is a fit, I provide a quote based on the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, and usage rights.
  4. Agreement and deposit. Approved projects require a written agreement and deposit before work begins.
  5. Concept development. I create the agreed initial concept, sketch, storyboard, or visual direction for review.
  6. Revisions and final delivery. Revisions are handled according to the agreement, and final files are delivered after approval and completion of the required payment.

Do you accept projects that are not listed?

Yes. You are welcome to submit an inquiry for a custom project that does not fit one of the listed categories.

Do commercial projects have fixed prices?

No. Commercial work receives a custom quote based on scope, deliverables, revisions, deadline, file requirements, and intended usage.

Can I use the artwork for merchandise or advertising?

Commercial usage, advertising, merchandise, resale, reproduction, and licensing are discussed separately and documented in the project agreement.

Can you provide source or layered files?

Source files may be available depending on the project and will be included only when specifically stated in the quote and agreement.

Do you accept rush projects?

Rush projects may be accepted when my schedule allows and may require an additional fee.
